Our linguists are selected based on the requirements established in ISO 17100 and 18587 and are continuously evaluated according to a group of KPIs, which include scorecards based on the LISA methodology. By closely monitoring linguists; performance, we are able to provide them personalized feedback and know in detail their strengths.
